The Rosenbach welcomes visitors of all ages! We strive to create an environment that helps families learn together. Taking a tour through the historic house? Ask for a copy of our fun family activity guide created especially for young visitors. Visiting one of our special exhibitions? We create activity guides for exhibitions which will appeal to young visitors. See below for links to those guides. We also offer occasional programs and events for families, which are listed below. Tuckered out after a whirlwind visit through Rosenbach? Curl up with a book in our lobby or pick up a colored pencil and color our collection! Whatever you choose to do at the Rosenbach, we are confident that you will leave feeling educated, enlightened and energized!
Family Programs and Events
This program was created especially for kids ages 3 to 6, but younger and older siblings are welcome. We’ll start by reading the book Daniel Finds a Poem by Micha Archer and then we’ll find our own poem by taking a poem-hunting trip through the Rosenbach brothers’ enchanting home.
There is no need to register for this program; just drop in anytime after 10. Please feel free to contact Emilie Parker with questions or for more information.
This program is offered in conjunction with the Pennsylvania One Book, Every Young Child Early Literacy Program.
