Join the Young Friends of The Rosenbach for an evening celebrating the curiosities, characters, and confections of Alice in Wonderland. Surrounded by our beautiful garden, you will be able to create your own loose leaf tea satchels at our Alice-themed tea bar and be instructed to drink tea-themed cocktails created by Art in The Age and eat tiny cakes, though no drastic size changes are expected. Guests will also be able to view a selection of Sir John Tenniel’s original illustrations in our historic library. All proceeds from this event go towards the conservation of The Rosenbach’s collection Tenniel’s original engravings from Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass.

The Young Friends of The Rosenbach is a social group of young professionals between the ages of 21 and 45 who share a common appreciation for the art of the written word, history, and the culture of Philadelphia.
