Description

Beginning with his early works published under the pseudonym “Boz” (he later impishly signed his letters “The Inimitable Boz”), Charles Dickens was a literary phenomenon in the 19th century. His ubiquity continues today as he still reaches legions of readers all over the world, especially during the Christmas season. A Christmas Carol made a powerful impact when it was first published and continues its hold on our imaginations to this day. Join us as we delve into our Dickens collection and look at his work throughout his career, including our signed first edition of A Christmas Carol.
