Following the Rosenbach’s regularly offered Duties of the Tea Table Behind the Bookcase tour, members are invited to an exclusive collection show and tell led by Director of Outreach & Engagement Alexander Ames, highlighting newly discovered references to tea in the Rosenbach’s rare books and manuscripts. We’ll discover surprising references to tea in books connected to Phillis Wheatley, Ignatius Sancho, and Mary Todd Lincoln. Then, gather in the North Study to enjoy tea and additional refreshments.
