Description

“Whan that Aprille with his shoures soote . . .” Make a pilgrimage to The Rosenbach’s version of The Tabard Inn as we celebrate one of the great poetic achievements of the English language (we have two manuscripts of The Canterbury Tales in our collection!). We’ll read some Middle English poetry, fall in love with Chaucer’s characters and drink some locally brewed mead and ale.

Featured Cocktail

We’ll have a specially brewed ale and mead from local brewer, George Hart, fresh off his success at The Rosenbach’s Beowulf Mead-Aloud in November.
