  • ½ oz pear brandy 
  • Sugar 
  • Champagne 
  • Pear 

Add sugar cube or ½ tsp of sugar to champagne glass. Add brandy to sugar. Fill glass with champagne. Garnish with pear slice.

Enjoy this week’s cocktail: The Creature’s Farewell 

  • 2 oz Corpse Flower brandy 
  • 2 Dashes aromatic bitters 
  • 1 Sugar cube 
  • Orange peel 

Muddle the sugar cube and bitters with a splash of water at the bottom of a chilled rocks glass. Add Corpse Flower and stir. Add one large ice cube and stir. Express orange peel over the glass and drop the peel in to garnish.

  • 1 1/2 oz Tamworth Garden Damson Gin 
  • 3/4 Triple sec 
  • 1/2 oz Orgeat 
  • 1/2 oz Apple cider vinegar (optional) 
  • Grated nutmeg

Enjoy this week’s cocktail: Another Bride of Frankenstein 

  • 1.5 oz White Mountain Gin  
  • Simple Syrup 
  • Fresh Lime Juice 
  • Soda Water 
  • Mint  
  • Berries 

Muddle the mint, berries, simple syrup and fresh lime juice.  Add ice to fill the glass, then add the White Mountain Gin and shake.  Add a splash of soda water to the top.

  • 2oz. Tamworth Garden Thai Chili Gin  
  • 1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice  
  • 1 oz. simple syrup 
  • Splash of soda water  

Fill a rocks glass with ice.  Add the gin, lime juice and simple syrup.  Top with soda water.

  • 1 ½ oz House of Tamworth Corpse Flower Durian Brandy 
  • ½ oz honey syrup  
  • ½ oz lemon juice

Enjoy this week’s cocktail: Youthful Bliss 

  • 2 oz Tamworth Garden Damson Plum Gin   
  • 3-4 oz  ginger beer 
  • 4 to 6 fresh or frozen cherries, pitted 
  • Leaves from a 3″ sprig of thyme, plus a sprig to garnish 

Add the cherries and thyme leaves to a rocks glass and muddle to break up the fruit and bruise the herbs. Add the Tamworth Garden Damson Plum Gin and stir to combine. Fill the glass with ice and top with the ginger beer, stir gently to blend. Garnish with a thyme sprig.
