Join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes virtual gallery tour with Dr. Alexander Lawrence Ames. Have you ever wondered how library and museum professionals create exhibitions? Have you wanted to peek into a gallery before the exhibition opens to the public? This virtual program is your chance to do just that!
The Rosenbach is preparing to debut Treasures from the Rosenbach’s Collection: Literature of Great Britain & Ireland on June 16, 2024 at our signature Bloomsday celebration. In this members-only program, join Director of Outreach & Engagement Alexander Lawrence Ames for a conversation about the exhibition design and development process, and see digital renderings of how the Treasures gallery will look when it opens to the public. Participants will get a first look at exhibition interpretive text, view objects intended for inclusion in the first installation, and learn about how this new approach to Rosenbach gallery exhibitions will enhance the public program experience for years to come.
