About the Rosenbacchanal 2022 Honoree

The Wyncote Foundation is well-known throughout this city for its support of the arts, culture, education, and more. The Rosenbach is a grateful beneficiary of the philanthropy of the Wyncote Foundation, and we are also fortunate enough to have as our immediate next door neighbor, trustee Frederick R. Haas. As a contributor, The Wyncote Foundation has been vital to the health of the Rosenbach, having endowed our director’s position and supported our growing operating endowment. His support as a friend and neighbor reflects the spirit of a generous family. He has shared his musical talents with our visitors—playing the Wanamaker organ for an astounding showing of the film, Nosferatu, in 2018, and from his own historic organ at last year’s Rosenbacchanal, chaired the Building Committee, helped us to redesign our garden, and continues to serve as an honorary board member.
